INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE ASSOCIATION

  1. The Association establishes a membership fee, based on standardized rates and criteria applicable to all members, determined according to the type of activity and the scope of the project(s);

  2. The Association does not authorize members, under any circumstances, to personally collect funds on behalf of the Association;

  3. All payments and membership fee contributions must be made exclusively to the bank account registered in the name of the Association and opened in Italy (Milan);

  4. Members of the Association are prohibited from using the name of the Association to enter into agreements or carry out projects that do not fall within the objectives of the Association and do not pursue its values and purposes;

  5. All projects, audiovisual reproductions, images, logos, and materials belonging to or in any way associated with the Association may not be used by members for any projects not previously approved and authorized by the Association;

  6. Members of the Association undertake to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding any data and information acquired during the execution of activities promoted by the Association and, likewise, to refrain from disclosing information related to the Association and its organization or engaging in any activities that could be detrimental to the Association;

  7. Members also undertake not to contact directly or indirectly any Clients or their collaborators without the prior consent of the Association, which retains the exclusive authority to contact the Client;

  8. Contacts with Clients shall remain under the exclusive authority of the Association and shall be subject to the provisions concerning the rights of the creator of a database under Article 102-bis of the Copyright Law for a period of 4 years from the date of this signing;

  9. The Association shall process the personal data provided by members in full compliance with all applicable regulations on personal data protection and, for this purpose, declares: a. that it will process personal data both on paper and in automated formats, for purposes connected to and instrumental in the conclusion, management, and execution of the contract, as well as for any related administrative and accounting purposes; b. that it is authorized by the member to communicate personal data to any parties as necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point (a);
